Morning run....need coffee

I was going to try a 12-15 miles today but didn't sleep well at all last night. Our little one was up all night for some reason. So that option is out for now anyway. I'm headed out here shortly to Joel's for a road run. It is about 25 degrees and icy out. But we should be ok on the road. We did a trail run the other day and the ice on top the 4-6 of snow made it pretty hard to run. So we are trying the road today. Might go with FiveFinger, haven't decided yet. I might just go with my New Balance sneaks. I going to eat a quick breakfast and drink some coffee and then head out. Gotta have coffee!
